Drop off Guidelines
We will start taking spring and summer clothing on Friday February 2nd. Not following the guidelines could get your items returned without evaluation!
Please make sure you are following the guidelines to make the process as efficient and as quick as possible for both us and you. Your cooperation is appreciated!

To help us evaluate your gently loved items and ensure that your drop off evaluation goes as quickly and smoothly as possible, follow the guidelines listed here. This will ensure prompt and speedy evaluations for all of our customers.
1. Drop offs are limited to 2 containers. *No Garbage Bags Please*
2. Clothing items MUST be freshly laundered and ready to hang. They MUST be free of smoke odor and pet hair/dander. If not, they will be returned without evaluation.
3. If applicable, outfits need to be together, we will not match items for you.
4. All non-clothing items, toys, strollers, walkers, etc, must be clean and wiped down, meet safety standards and be in working condition.
5. ALL items with rummage/garage sales tags will be returned without evaluation.
6. Seasonal clothing items only - Currently spring/summer
Items we DO NOT accept include but are not limited to the following: Men and women's clothing, used socks, under garments, used baby bibs, burp cloths, stuffed animals, inflatable water toys, sun faded toys, receiving blankets, car seats, breast pumps
July & January - No clothing Drop offs
